Built entirely in timber, the house reflects a quiet respect for its surroundings — where architecture does not dominate, but integrates.
It is conceived almost like a boat: essential, contained, and purposeful. There is nothing excessive here. Only what is necessary.

Vineyards extend across the horizon, with the sea visible in the distance. Light changes throughout the day, redefining the space without ever interrupting its stillness.
II Stay
A private residence, not a rental.
Casa Bolgheri is available for private stays and a limited number of curated gatherings throughout the year. Each experience is intentionally understated, allowing the space and its surroundings to remain at the center.
Spaces are essential, balanced, and functional — shaped to support a slower pace of living. Large openings frame the landscape, while interiors remain quiet and minimal, in dialogue with the natural environment.

The surrounding territory offers access to some of the most renowned wineries of Bolgheri, as well as a landscape that invites exploration without excess. The atmosphere remains informal yet considered — defined by a natural sense of elegance and a natural sense of Italian ease.
Personal or corporate retreats can also be hosted, with the same approach: bespoke activities, privacy, and a focus on meaningful time shared.
III Events
Small-scale, curated gatherings.
Casa Bolgheri is suited for a limited number of small-scale, curated gatherings. Each event is approached with a strong attention to detail and a sense of quiet refinement — where hosting is thoughtful, discreet, and intentionally understated.
Private chefs can be arranged, as well as intimate dinners with local wine producers, offering a more direct and authentic understanding of the territory.
